What happens on the day

We confirm the booking in writing
You receive the price, the pickup time and the vehicle details by email. Nothing changes after that.
- 02
We track your flight or ship
Arrival times are checked on the morning of travel. If you land early or late, the pickup moves with you.
- 03
We meet you in arrivals with your name
Marius waits inside the terminal holding a name board, so there is no car park to find and no phone call to make.
- 04
We carry the cases and get you home
Luggage is loaded for you, the seats are cool in summer and warm in winter, and the route home is already planned.

Flight and sailing times are checked before every airport and cruise job. An early landing or a two hour delay is our problem to solve, not yours to phone about.

Marius drives every job himself. You speak to the person who turns up, so there is no dispatcher, no subcontracted car and no surprise at the kerb.

Pickups start in Sandbanks, Canford Cliffs, Branksome Park, Lilliput, Poole town and quay, Parkstone, Broadstone, Wimborne, Bournemouth, Southbourne, Christchurch and Highcliffe. From there we run to Heathrow, Gatwick, Bristol Airport, Bournemouth Airport, Southampton and Portsmouth cruise terminals, London and any address in between. Journeys further west into Dorchester, Weymouth, Bridport and Lyme Regis are welcome, and so are the villages inland towards Blandford and Salisbury.
