Cruise transfers
Southampton and Portsmouth terminals, luggage first.
Boarding windows are fixed and cruise cases are heavy. Both are planned for before the day.
A cruise transfer is not the same job as an airport run. The luggage is heavier, the party is often larger and the boarding window is a hard edge. Miss it and the ship sails. So the plan starts from your boarding time and works backwards, with a margin built in for the M27 rather than a hope that it will be clear.
On the outbound leg the cases are loaded at your door and taken off at the terminal luggage drop, where the porters take them. You walk into check in with hand luggage only. Poole to Southampton is roughly an hour, so most sailings are comfortable with a mid morning departure from home.
On the return leg the arrival time of the ship is checked before we leave Poole. Cruise disembarkation runs in colour coded groups and rarely to the minute, so waiting time is included. Marius meets you at the terminal exit and loads the cases while you find the rest of your party.
Very large groups sailing together sometimes need two runs or a second vehicle. If that is your situation, say so on the form and you will get an honest answer about whether it can be done well rather than a booking taken regardless.

Will all our luggage fit
Cruise luggage is the reason this vehicle was chosen. Seven passengers with a large case and a cabin bag each is within capacity. Tell us the case count and we confirm it in writing before you book.
What if the ship docks late on the return
The ship is checked on the morning of arrival and the pickup time moves with it. Waiting time at the terminal is included in the fixed price.
Can you collect from more than one address
Yes. A second pickup within the Poole and Bournemouth area is usually included. Anything further is priced before you book, never afterwards.
