What we collect

• Your name, email address and mobile number.
• Pickup and destination addresses, dates and times of travel.
• Passenger and luggage numbers, and any flight or ship reference you give us.
• Any notes you add to an enquiry, that are needed to describe your journey. Please do not include medical or payment details.
• Records of calls, emails and messages between us.

Why we use it

We use your data to quote for a journey, to carry out a booking you have made, to contact you about that booking, and to keep the accounting and insurance records the law requires. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, your consent where you have given it, and legal obligation for records we must keep.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with our email provider, our accountant, our insurer where a claim requires it, and any authority entitled to it by law. Suppliers acting for us are bound by contract to protect it. Cloudflare provides website hosting. The email service is being configured with 123-reg/Titan; its final setup and data-processing terms must be confirmed.

How long we keep it

The retention period for enquiries and booking records is awaiting confirmation by the business. We will publish the agreed periods here before the policy is finalised.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to enquiries@sandbanksluxurytravel.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.

Security and international transfers

Website assistant

Our assistant gives automated answers from a fixed set of service FAQs. Messages remain in the memory of your browser page, are not sent to our team or an external AI service, and are cleared when you close the assistant or reload the page. It cannot confirm a booking, take payment or make decisions about you. Please do not enter personal or sensitive details.
