These terms

These terms apply to travel supplied by Maruis Trucia, a sole trader trading as Sandbanks Luxury Travel, of [CONFIRM BUSINESS CONTACT ADDRESS]. By making a booking you agree to them.

Bookings and quotes

A quote is an offer and becomes a contract only when we confirm the booking in writing by email. Quoted prices are fixed for the journey described. A change to the pickup address, destination, timing, passenger count or luggage may change the price, and any change will be confirmed with you before it applies.

Payment

Payment terms, deposits and accepted payment methods are [CONFIRM PAYMENT TERMS]. Waiting time beyond the allowance stated for your service, additional stops and cleaning after damage or soiling may be charged separately.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are [CONFIRM CANCELLATION TERMS]. Where we have to cancel, for example because of vehicle failure, illness or conditions that make travel unsafe, we will tell you as soon as we can, help you find an alternative where possible, and refund anything you have paid for that journey.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate addresses, timings, passenger numbers and luggage counts.
• Be ready at the agreed time.
• Wear seat belts and follow reasonable instructions from the driver.
• Do not smoke or vape in the vehicle.
• Supervise children in your party at all times.

Luggage and lost property

Luggage is carried at your risk, and we ask that fragile or valuable items travel in the cabin with you. Property left in the vehicle will be held for one month and returned where we can, with reasonable delivery costs payable by you.

Delays and liability

We plan generous margins, but we do not control traffic, weather, road closures, airline schedules or sailing times. We are not liable for missed flights, sailings or events except where the delay results from our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Complaints and law

Please raise any complaint with enquiries@sandbanksluxurytravel.co.uk and we will respond within five working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
